The place was reasonably clean and modern, it had genuinely helpful staff with manager. We had early check-in on arrival. The venue was in a central location close enough to shopu g center Plaza Las Americas, buses direct to airport, shops.

The hotel provided good prices. The property was contemporary with decent staff with manager. I enjoyed that there were an iron, an electronic key card and a work desk in my double room.

A cosy hotel in Cancun. Unbeatable, prime location in Downtown Cancun district close enough to the bus stop, downtown Cancun, downtown. The rooms were brand-new with a balcony, the shower, for example. Lots of options, good food.

Warm warm rooms, perfect staff, strategic location. Lovely beds, air conditioning, fridge and hairdryer were a nice touch. Helpful service everywhere too. Cool drinks, great wifi were a nice surprise.

the stay at this delightful hotel was a very peaceful one. nice little room, great beds, clean pool. staff were happy to help and perfectly nice. i liked to spend time in the lively pool bar.

the bed was good, we had a good rest. we liked kavia. hotel district won't disappoint you. xcacel was at a short distance.
